My wife, Michelle, and I owned a remodeling company in Kansas City for 16 years and thoroughly enjoyed the work and our clients. We were also purchasing and rehabbing homes to sell which became even more enjoyable and profitable. Then we had the epiphany that we could do that anywhere...even places without winter! Wasn’t difficult to decide to settle on the gulf coast of Florida in 2013 with our three young sons. Although we still do a number of buy and flips, we transitioned into a buy and hold strategy and in that adjustment we have seen the importance of having the right property management company with the right people. A management company that treats every property as if it were their own and actually holds the investor’s interest above their own. That is what we strive for. 

We love the beach, the theme parks, and everything Florida has to offer. But we really enjoy real estate and the flexibility and creativity that it brings.

Property Manager

I was born and raised in Bradenton, Florida. I began my career in the multifamily industry in 2004 as a Leasing Associate while attending The Design Institute of San Diego. In addition to leasing, I have worked as a Property Manager for several apartment communities as well as single family homes. Being in the industry for nearly 20 years I have seen many changes and developments. I have a good understanding of the housing market and the needs of both tenants and landlords. I have a passion for Real Estate, and I find great joy in connecting homeowners and renters with the right home. I thrive on learning and taking on new challenges. I truly believe if you never stop learning you never stop growing. In my free time you will find me on the water boating, fishing or on a plane to a new destination. I enjoy spending time with my family and my two puppies.

Leasing/Marketing Specialist

Having lived and traveled across the United States as a family for my husbands Ministry we have been blessed to live in a number of amazing states like New Mexico, Missouri, Oklahoma and Kentucky to name a few and even a few years in Haiti, before settling in Florida in 2016. As a stay at home mom of three amazing boys and a Mimi to three grandchildren, family is central to my life. Once my children were grown I embarked on a career in real estate leasing with New Start in 2021. Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family, enjoying game nights, sports, the beach, Disney and being active in my church to name a few. We love all the wonderful things Florida has to offer.
